Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all parts accounted for. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for the costs of delivering the product back to us, if the product requires material or labor to restore to sale-able condition, a restocking charge may reduce the size of refund.
If for some reason your item arrived broken or with missing parts, we can also help to resolve that issue separately from the refund process.
